When did you join Trek and what do you love about being at Base Camp?

I joined Trek in 2021 after spending 15 years in financial services working for various IMOs. I enjoy the people and working in an atmosphere that promotes positivity and growth has been a game changer. I am always excited to hear the happenings in the office, and just be around people. Even if I am far away, I can still feel the camaraderie.

What does “improving quality for advisors and their teams,” mean to you?

It means doing the little things that will help advisors achieve the big things. My goals is to make them feel comfortable in asking questions, but to also keep it real. And to show that we too, are human.  Success means working together, and that’s what we do.

What keeps you busy when you aren’t at work?

When I’m not at work, I am outdoors with my family. We’ve been doing a lot of exploring since moving to Montana. There are so many things to see and do here!
