What do you love about being at Base Camp?
I was originally motivated to work in the financial services industry after attending one of my parents’ annual financial review meetings. I remember being impressed by the professionalism and impactful services that was provided to them by their advisor. From then on, I aspired to pursue a career in wealth management and to eventually provide the same quality of care and professionalism that was given to my family. I was drawn to Trek because of the tremendous opportunity to further my education in the RIA space and make significant contributions to the operations team.
What does “improving quality for advisors and their teams,” mean to you?
I strive to enhance the quality of service for our advisors and their teams by simplifying processes, fostering effective communication, and providing robust support. Effective communication is vital to keep everyone well-informed and prepared for success. Support comes in various forms, such as proactively preventing potential issues for the future or diving headfirst into solving problems that come up. Throughout, the focus remains on optimizing the end-client experience and supporting advisors to make it as seamless as possible.
What keeps you busy when you aren’t at work?
When I am not at work, you’ll find me playing volleyball with a local adult league in Scottsdale, AZ. I also love going home to visit my family in Chandler, AZ and playing with their two King Charles Cavaliers.
