Randi supports service center requests and processes paperwork submissions. She works in step with Natalie to ensure timely response to all requests and accurate reporting and retention in CRM.
What do you love about being at Base Camp?
I joined Trek in August 2021 and have been loving my time here, especially the warm and welcoming people (and occasional dogs) that make up our team.
What does “improving quality for advisors and their teams,” mean to you?
As someone who is passionate about providing excellent service, I’m focused on helping our team create a seamless onboarding and continued service experience for our advisors and their teams. I believe that the most important part of this collaboration is building strong relationships and ensuring that everyone is supported and valued from the start.
What keeps you busy when you aren’t at work?
When I’m not at work, you can usually find me wandering the great outdoors with my husband or furry companion, Penny. Whether we’re hiking, camping, or simply exploring a new trail, I love the sense of adventure and connection to nature that comes with spending time outdoors.
